These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ewpi.com (the “Site”), operated by Edwards Wood Products, Inc. (“EWPI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes about our products, services, operations, and company. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected network;
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site for purposes other than standard search engine indexing; or
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through any form on the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

3. Products and Operations Information

Information about our products, mills, operations, and services on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of availability. Specifications, capabilities, and availability are subject to change without notice. Any quote, order, or supply agreement must be confirmed in writing directly with EWPI before it is binding.

4. Contact Forms and User Submissions

When you submit a contact form on the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. We may use this information to respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the Site’s forms, and we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, remove, or refuse any submission at our discretion.

5. Career Opportunities and Third-Party Application Platforms

The Site does not host an on-site job application. Instead, it links to third-party platforms to view and apply for open positions:

  • Plant, mill, operations, and office positions via our Indeed company page; and
  • CDL and transportation positions via Tenstreet’s Intelliapp application system.

These third-party platforms are owned and operated by Indeed and Tenstreet, respectively, and your use of them is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, not these Terms. EWPI is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of those third-party platforms. Submission of an application through either platform does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. 6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of the Site’s forms is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. The Site may also link to other third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EWPI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EWPI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of any content through the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
