This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ewpi.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you voluntarily submit through contact forms on the Site, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), and the contents of your message or inquiry.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics (see Section 3 below).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms;
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
Understand how visitors use the Site through aggregated analytics;
Protect the Site from spam, fraud, and abuse (including through reCAPTCHA, described below); and Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Analytics (Google Analytics)

4. reCAPTCHA
To help protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, the Site uses Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends that data to Google for analysis. By using our contact forms, you acknowledge that this site is protected by reCAPTCHA and that the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service apply.
5. Job Applications and Third-Party Recruiting Platforms
The Site does not collect resumes or job applications directly. Career opportunities are listed through third-party platforms:
Plant, mill, operations, and office positions are listed on our Indeed company page; and
CDL and transportation positions are listed and processed through Tenstreet’s Intelliapp application system.
When you apply for a position, you leave the Site and submit your information directly to Indeed or Tenstreet, and your application and any personal information you provide are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies and terms, not this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of Indeed and Tenstreet before applying. We may receive applicant information from these platforms in connection with our hiring process and will handle any such information consistent with this Policy.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:
Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and analytics (e.g., Google);
Legal and safety purposes, where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EWPI, our customers, or others; and
Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you would like us to delete information you have submitted, please contact us using the information in Section 11.
8. Your Choices
You may decline to submit personal information through our forms, though this may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described in Section 3. If you are a resident of a state with specific privacy rights (such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information), you may contact us using the information below and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including recruiting platforms (Indeed, Tenstreet), social media, and industry association sites.
